The authorities in Dubai say they have identified the owner of several
European passport , as suspects in the assassination of a Hamas military
commander last week.
Preliminary data had shown, was Mahmoud al-Mabhouh by killed by a gang

The acting chief of the United Nations Mission in Haiti, said
reconstruction will take several decades after the devastating
earthquake two weeks ago.
Edmond Mulet told the BBC the logistical support of relief efforts was a
nightmare that devastated Haiti’s poor infrastructure and lack of
vehicles.
Mr. Mulet said that reconstruction is not starting from scratch, but
below zero .
No fewer than 200,000 people have died in the earthquake of January 12,
and an estimated 1.5 million homeless.
The UN estimates that 75% of the capital, Port-au-Prince, should be
restored. Rescuers have started to remove debris.
On Thursday, the UN has made a monument to the Haitian capital of Port-
au-Prince to dozens of officials who lost their lives.
People embraced the UN list confirmed 85 deaths, including mission chief
Hedi Annabi, was read. Dozens missing.

Afghanistan may need external support for security forces to a maximum
of 15 years, President Hamid Karzai told the BBC.
Karzai was in London for a day summit on the future of Afghanistan,

building in Afghanistan.

He added, however, that all the Taliban must be defeated militarily.

London Mayor Boris Johnson said he will his position as chairman of the
Metropolitan Police Authority (MPA).
